Effective February 1, 2012, the Plumbers and Pipefitters National Pension Fund (PPNPF) will change its remittance lock box services to SunTrust Banks, Inc. The new lock box address will be:

Please note, M&T Bank will no longer accept any form of payment received after January 31, 2012. If you use a PPNPF remittance form to remit your contributions to this Fund, the new SunTrust Banks, Inc. lock box address will appear on these remittance report forms for work months beginning January 2012 and later. December 2011 work month remittances sent on a timely basis should go to the current M&T Bank lock box address.

01/03/2012 - 2011 IRS Form 1099-R
Your IRS Form 1099-R, which shows the distributions you received from the National Pension Fund during the 2011 tax year, will be mailed on or before January 31, 2012.
Please note that replacement copies of your Form 1099-R for 2011 or prior years will not be available until after February 15, 2012.
Publication of the new federal tax withholding tables have been applied. You may notice a change in your federal withholding amount based on your marital status and allowances claimed on the current W4-P Form on file at the Fund office. If you wish to change your federal withholding amount, you can download the 2011 Form W4-P here.
